A set of three heart models, each approximately 50% actual size. One model shows normal heart anatomy.

A myocardial infarction model demonstrates a partially healed heart and five discoloured infarct areas, including a thrombus in the apex of the heart.  The third model illustrates a heart with congestive heart failure as a result of hypertension.  This model shows left ventricle hypertrophy and the enlarged and distorted shape of the heart is shown both internally and externally. 

Dimensions:
  • Normal and myocardial infarction models measure 10 x 6 x 4cm
  • Congestive heart failure model is 10 x 6 x 6cm
  • Base (22 x 18cm) holds a 17 x 13cm key card
  • Weight 1kg
